High Stretch PU Heat Transfer Vinyl Strong Sticky Good Washing Resistance

These heat transfer are made from polyurethane (PU), which means they are soft and perfect for detailed and thin-lined designs. Rozzy Craft's PU sheets are easy to cut and easy to weed. What's more, the weeding process reveals an adhesive layer which holds the design in place on the receiving garment. Once applied, Rozzy Crafts' PU sheets allow fabrics to stretch through natural movement while maintaining excellent durability and the ability to withstand frequent washing. This product is the ideal solution for high-quality, detailed designs and numbering for t-shirts, sportswear, and other garments where durability is essential! Conforms to ASTM D-4236.

Instructions

Cut your design in reverse on the side that does not show the final color (e.g., for red, cut on the white side; for black, white, silver, and gold, cut on the glossier side).
Weed the sheet—if it’s not easy to weed, you probably cut on the wrong side.
Place the sheet on your receiving material cut-side down/final color up. For the best results, cover with a Teflon sheet.
Heat at 300 to 320° F for 8­ to 10 seconds.
Allow to fully cool and then peel!

Note: Apparent sheet imperfections should go away once the sheet is applied.

Fabric Instruction

?Most fabrics are suitable for heat transfer vinyls. However, coated fabrics such as nylon should be avoided.

Care Instructions

Wait 24 hours after application to wash
Turn garment inside out
Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent
No bleach
Tumble dry low heat
When ironing, turn the garment inside our or cover with a cotton or Teflon sheet. Never iron the HTV directly (after application) and do not use steam.
